Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and geopolitical shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating breakthrough technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on futuristic innovation priorities
- Author high-impact white papers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive threats and partnership opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with quantified ROI projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive action plans
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
