- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build external partnerships with startups, academia, and industry consortia
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing product architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products (3+ successful cases)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or spatial computing
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CERT Foresight) or equivalent experience
