Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and socio-economic domains
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce actionable strategic briefings and future-state roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for future risk assessment and opportunity identification
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership or research papers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFS, WFS) highly desirable
