- Author whitepapers on emerging tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ case studies required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in AI governance, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
