Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy positioning InnovateHorizons for 2026 market leadership
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and responsible tech deployment
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or Web3
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
