Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with futurists, academic institutions, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on next-generation disruption
- Guide R&D investments toward breakthrough 2026-capable technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation abilities
- Published thought leadership on future trends and disruption
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
