Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term AI and strategic operations roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and operations managers.
- Project Management: Oversee complex, multi-stakeholder projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Innovation: Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (2026 horizon) to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI on research and development initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or strategic operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, generative models, and automation frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
