Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic investments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future-state objectives
- Build financial models for R&D initiatives and technology adoption scenarios
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Partner with academic institutions and government agencies to shape policy frameworks
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects with $10M+ annual budgets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures through exponential growth phases
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
