Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience

- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities for uncertain futures
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental technology initiatives
