- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership quarterly
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio, balancing risk and ROI across emerging tech domains
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into core offerings
- Monitor competitor tech strategies and identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, and sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $1M and cross-functional teams of 15+
