- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives, from concept validation to pilot deployment
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing product architectures and integration strategies
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) across business units
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and technology assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Strategic consulting or venture capital experience preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
