- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and ethics teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Author strategic briefs for C-suite on future technology risks and opportunities
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design and implement future-proof infrastructure scalability frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong understanding of ethical frameworks for technological deployment
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Technology Planning preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology roadmap development and execution
