- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype future-facing solutions with agile methodologies
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to co-innovate
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment horizon planning
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
