Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 5+ year commercialization horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio allocation across future-facing initiatives
- Author industry-defining thought leadership on technological singularity preparation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech, climate tech
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and public-private partnerships
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published author in peer-reviewed technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
