Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive innovations for 2026 market integration
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive technology audits and market positioning analysis
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects with $5M+ budgets
- Build and maintain a global network of technology pioneers and research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or immersive technologies
