Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across quantum AI, biocomputing, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and climate-positive innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology disruption risks
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich on applied research projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, futures research, or emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from prototype to market
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Deep familiarity with regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Experience securing SBIR grants and DoD/NSF funding
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercializations
