Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize future-facing initiatives
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies and measure ROI
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience managing technology innovation budgets >$5M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
