Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in quantum, biotech, and AR/VR
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web4, AI governance, neuromorphic computing) for competitive advantage
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D acceleration
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with ROI projections and risk mitigation frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and ethical tech deployment
- Publish thought leadership on tech foresight in industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Master’s degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS)
- Experience scaling tech innovations from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating published tech foresight work or patented innovations
