Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives for 2026 and beyond
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments for strategic positioning
- Present technology insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for collaborative R&D
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 2026+ roadmap delivery
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex innovation projects
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) for trend analysis
