Responsibilities

- Lead strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 and academic institutions
- Present technology forecasts to executive committees and investors
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and innovation pipeline management
- Drive adoption of responsible AI and ethical tech frameworks
- Mentor senior engineers and product strategists
- Author thought leadership reports for industry conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or neuromorphic systems
- Executive presence with C-suite/board presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
