Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation maturity metrics
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 2026 launch targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or conferences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Strategy, or Futures Studies
