Responsibilities

- Establish innovation incubators for breakthrough technologies
- Manage R&D budget allocation and ROI tracking for futuristic initiatives
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor cross-functional teams on next-gen technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong network with tech startups, VCs, and research institutions
