- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Forge strategic partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investor boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFT) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Experience building tech ethics frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Prior experience scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
