Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching pilot projects for breakthrough innovations
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and tech giants
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Maintain technology risk assessment frameworks and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products in emerging domains
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI, Blockchain Council)
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets and managing vendor ecosystems
