Responsibilities
- Lead technology foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for 2026+ market impact
- Develop and execute comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruptions to inform strategic decision-making
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation portfolio success and ROI
- Represent InnovateCorp at industry forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging technologies into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT, or biotech convergence
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, scenario planning, and competitive analysis
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance visionary thinking with pragmatic execution
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technology domains preferred
