Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech implementation
- Proven track record leading AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and trend analysis
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience with regulatory compliance in tech (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale tech transformation projects
