Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with enterprise disruption potential
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Partner with C-suite to secure $10M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation
- Present technology foresight insights to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies with 15+ IP filings annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep knowledge of at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Executive experience presenting complex tech narratives to non-technical stakeholders
- Prior success securing $5M+ innovation budgets or venture capital for tech ventures
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies required
