Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and industry trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Manage R&D investments and vendor partnerships for next-gen technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience forecasting technology trends and market disruptions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong background in business strategy development and implementation
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CTO, PMP) highly valued
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
