- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends and competitive threats
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships and funding for experimental projects
- Present technology strategy to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in R&D processes
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-facing technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, APF)
- Experience securing venture capital for experimental projects
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
