Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions and competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and strategic alignment
- Present executive-level recommendations on technology investments and resource allocation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into existing platforms
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on strategic planning
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech transformation projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and futures forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, research labs, industry consortia)
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
