Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps anticipating post-2026 market disruptions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in exponential technology domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing transformative technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics)
