Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot emerging technologies with Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and patent landscape assessments
- Develop commercialization strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and national labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
