Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and competitive advantage
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or corporate innovation
- Proven track record implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (whitepapers, patents, conferences)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTS, CIMP)
