Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and venture capital firms
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to identify disruptive trends before market adoption
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and investors
- Design frameworks for ethical implementation of autonomous systems and AI governance
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience scaling emerging technologies from R&D to commercial deployment
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
