Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Ensure all initiatives comply with ethical AI guidelines and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies (3+ major implementations)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and market trend analysis
- Deep understanding of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Technology Foresight
