Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations, including quantum computing applications and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for emerging technologies (AR/VR, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to validate technical feasibility of futuristic concepts
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Establish KPIs for future technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate emerging technology regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
