Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)

- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for international stakeholder management
