Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product concepts and user experiences
- Create technology adoption frameworks and implementation playbooks for stakeholders
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes to identify innovation gaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong business acumen with track record of driving commercial innovation
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Certifications in technology management or innovation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, PMP)
