Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech convergence) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Create executive-level briefings on technology disruption risks and opportunities
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized systems)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on foresight
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy preferred
