Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with corporate vision and market trends

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future technology solutions in our innovation labs
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for technology adoption across global operations
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and manage a network of external technology partners, academic researchers, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning, technology roadmapping)
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
