Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
