- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Present future technology insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and strategic advantage
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists to cultivate forward-thinking capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future forecasting roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR) and their enterprise applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting futuristic concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
