Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized AI
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions affecting global supply chains
- Partner with product teams to integrate predictive analytics into customer-facing platforms
- Present strategic briefings to board members and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure design
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate-tech
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of Web3.0 infrastructure and zero-trust architecture
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
