- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts

- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies, including AI ethics protocols and quantum security standards
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups, academic institutions, and global tech consortiums
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members, translating complex concepts into actionable plans
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts, ensuring compliance while maintaining competitive agility
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists, fostering a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech environments
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite decisions and secure multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in Innovation Management
- Security clearance or ability to obtain government-level tech project access
