Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in senior leadership
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Proven track record in scaling tech startups or R&D divisions
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience securing government grants for innovation projects
