- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in and resources for strategic tech initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical frameworks impacting 2026 deployment landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry consortia for R&D acceleration

Qualifications
