Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across departments
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in futures planning
- Proven track record in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, MIT Review, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
