Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to inform strategic product development
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for early-stage tech adoption
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for innovation projects
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
- Create predictive models for tech adoption and ROI forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Proven experience developing 5-year+ technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience with agile development methodologies and prototyping
