Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and competitive advantages

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused solutions
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
