As part of our elite innovation team, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and sustainability pioneers to develop scalable frameworks emerging technologies. You'll shape product roadmaps while ensuring ethical implementation and market readiness.
Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 ecosystem integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and emerging market trends
- Develop implementation frameworks for ethical AI and sustainable tech adoption
- Partner with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor a team of future technology specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling technology innovations to enterprise level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or similar advanced certification
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in securing $10M+ technology innovation budgets
